EqualHouse aims to identify the most significant dimensions of housing inequality across Europe, clarify their extent, form, causes and consequences and provide local, regional, national and European policymakers with robust guidance on how to address it in a sustainable, inclusive and affordable way.
HouseInc investigates drivers and impacts of housing inequality and its interaction with different dimensions of poverty (e.g. energy, mobility, and health), to develop policy solutions for a socially just and equitable green transition. Its case studies involve marginalised communities, Roma, migrants and refugees.
POWGEN aims to address existing issues in the integration of migrant individuals into the labour market through training and actions facilitating the development of skills in the renewable energy and energy rehabilitation sectors. It will do so through 5 pilots, where a training and job placement programme will mediate with sector companies.

ProLight is demonstrating 6 refurbished demo sites and energy communities, enabling a smart neighbourhood approach and providing blueprints for replication.

It looks at energy retrofitting, nature-based solutions and densification, which often lead to negative social externalities (renoviction, green gentrification, displacement of poorer households), in 9 countries.
RESCHOOL improves the way energy communities operate by enhancing the technology and behaviour of their users. This will help to make these communities more efficient and effective in their use of energy.
SUPERSHINE focuses on the renovation of social housing to help households struggling to pay their energy bills. It aims to create replicable models of smart districts, based on energy efficiency, affordability, and sustainability and ensure adequate and well-targeted funding through 3 pilot lighthouse districts.
